Accessibility Statement
Statement last updated: September 26, 2026
Our commitment
Vetrus Studio LLC is committed to making our website and services accessible to people with disabilities. We work to provide an inclusive online experience and welcome feedback about accessibility barriers.
Accessibility goal
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA to guide improvements to this website. Evaluation of the current website is ongoing, and full conformance has not been established.
Completed accessibility widget testing
On September 26, 2026, Vetrus Studio completed functional testing of the expanded accessibility widget on desktop and mobile. Checks covered the new display adjustments, reading tools, profiles, Undo/Redo, Reset, keyboard navigation and closing the panel. Mobile checks also covered access to the controls, 200% text and the layout around the booking button and contact form. The tested features worked as expected, and the published widget was verified on desktop and mobile.
We will continue to check accessibility as the website changes and welcome reports of any barriers.
Features available on this site
The site includes skip-to-content navigation, visible keyboard-focus styles, and labeled contact fields with error messages.
To personalize your visit, open the floating accessibility icon, shown at the lower left by default. On smaller screens, the button shows the accessibility icon without a text label. The panel provides:
- Text-size options from 100% to 200%.
- Dark, light and soft-cream contrast themes, saturation and color-tone filters, and custom text, heading and background colors.
- Heading and link highlighting, heading outlines and emphasized links.
- Three readable font options, separate line, word and letter spacing, and paragraph alignment.
- Reduced motion, image hiding, larger cursors, and a reading guide or reading mask with position controls.
- Six suggested profiles and up to five personal saved setups.
- Left or right button positioning, two button sizes, Undo, Redo and Reset all.
Preferences apply across Vetrus pages and are saved in this browser when storage is available. They do not automatically transfer to another browser or device. Reset restores the panel’s default preferences and keeps your saved profiles; your device’s reduced-motion setting continues to apply. You can also use your browser’s zoom controls.
Use the Adjustments, Preferences and Profiles tabs to explore the panel. Keyboard users can move between tabs with the Left and Right arrow keys, then press Enter or Space to select one. Press Escape or choose Done to close the panel. The reading guide and mask work when the panel is closed; their toolbar lets you move or stop them.
Contrast themes take priority over custom colors. The color sample describes only your selected text and background pair; actual page surfaces and filters may differ. You can use Undo or Reset all whenever a choice becomes uncomfortable. Hiding content images preserves their layout and text alternatives, while logos and image controls remain visible.
These optional display adjustments support individual preferences and are part of our broader work to improve website accessibility.
Third-party content and services
The booking calendar uses Calendly, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification. The accessibility panel may not change the appearance or behavior of these embedded tools. If you cannot use the calendar or security check, email projects@vetrusstudio.com to request a booking or send a project inquiry without using those widgets. Third-party services are not exempt from accessibility concerns; please tell us about barriers so we can help and work toward improvements.
Need assistance or want to report an issue?
If you have difficulty using this website, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility issue, email projects@vetrusstudio.com.
You can share a page address, a brief description, or browser, device, or assistive-technology details if you wish; none are required to request help. You do not need to provide medical information, proof of disability, or technical details. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, or account information by email.
We will work with you to access information or request services through an alternative route when a website feature is difficult to use.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is part of our ongoing website maintenance process. We intend to continue improving image descriptions, contrast, keyboard operation, form feedback, and responsive layouts where needed. These are priorities, not a claim that each has been fully verified or completed. We may update this statement as our website, services, or accessibility practices change.
