These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vetrus Studio's services. By engaging Vetrus Studio for any project or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Vetrus Studio provides custom website design, landing page development, website care and maintenance, and local SEO foundation services for small and service-based businesses. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a project proposal or statement of work agreed upon prior to project commencement.
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith and are based on project scope, complexity, and timely client feedback. Timelines may vary depending on client response time, scope changes, or other factors outside of our control. Vetrus Studio will communicate any anticipated delays as early as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client-provided content, delayed approvals, or requested changes outside the original scope.
All projects require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final website going live or files being delivered. For ongoing monthly services (e.g., website care plans), payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in a pause of services.
Upon receipt of final payment in full, the client receives full ownership of the final website design, content, and deliverables. Vetrus Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets, stock images, fonts, or plugins used in the project are subject to their own licensing terms and are not transferred with the project.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. A revision is defined as minor adjustments to existing design or content — not new pages, features, or significant redesigns. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery. Requests made after this window may be treated as a new project.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets (logos, photos, content), timely feedback and approvals, and access to any required third-party platforms. Delays caused by incomplete or late client deliverables will extend the project timeline accordingly.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the non-refundable deposit is retained by Vetrus Studio to cover work completed to that point. If the scope of work completed exceeds the deposit amount, the client will be invoiced for that portion. If Vetrus Studio cancels a project, any amounts paid beyond the work completed will be refunded.
Vetrus Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. Vetrus Studio does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volumes, or business results from any website or service delivered.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, or materials shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after the project is completed or terminated.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
Vetrus Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
